Are there booths still available?
As of right now, yes, but they are going quickly. See the website for current floorplan availability.
How many badges come with my booth?
3 Badges per 100 sq ft of space. Additional exhibitor badges may be added for $25 each, up to 2 additional per 100 sq ft.
What does the exhibitor badge have access to?
Exhibit Hall during set up, tear down, and early access on show days, as well as the Keynote Speaker.
Can I upgrade my exhibitor badge to include Conference?
Yes! You can add conference to your exhibitor badge for an additional fee of $550.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available?
We highly support extended visibility of sponsorship. Contact Steve for availability.
How can I market my attendance and invite my customers to the event?
We will be adding a downloadable template for emails signature and social media. In addition, as an exhibitor, you will have a customized code to send to your clients for a free Expo Hall Only badge.
How can I get a VISA letter?
As an international attendee, once you have registered for your badge, your confirmation email will include a link to print a VISA letter.
Is there an official service contractor/stand builder for the event?
Shepard Expositions is our official contractor. See the Exhibitor Portal for link.
What booth and union labor regulations should I be prepared for?
California is NOT a right to work state. Please visit the Shepard site under Services/ Labor Rules & Regulations for full details.
What Airport should I fly to for ewNA?
There are (4) airports in proximity of Anaheim Convention Center:
- (SNA) John Wayne Airport – Orange County is the closest.
- (ONT) Ontario International Airport is located 35 Mile NE of Anaheim.
- (LAX) Los Angeles International Airport is the largest for Intl and Domestic Flights.
- (LGB) Long Beach Airport is another convenient alternative for those looking for those looking for a smaller less congested airport experience.
Is there shuttle service from the airport to Anaheim?
No. We recommend using a ride share service, taxi, or commercial shuttle service.
Do I need a car in Anaheim?
While it might save transportation costs to/from the airport, because the cost of daily parking and nightly parking make public transportation, and ride shares a better option.
